Shipping & Returns Policy
Shipping Times
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1 working day. However, please allow up to 3 working days for dispatch to provide flexibility during busy periods.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive confirmation and tracking details where applicable.
UK (Domestic) Shipping

Free Shipping (Default Option):
All UK orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48 at no additional cost. -
Upgraded Shipping:
Customers may upgrade to Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm for an additional £9.99.
International Shipping
All international orders are shipped using Royal Mail. Delivery times vary depending on destination country and local postal services.

Flat rate of £15-
£1 per additional item

2 cameras shipped to Europe: £16

Import Duties & Taxes
International customers are responsible for all import duties, customs fees, and local taxes imposed by their country. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost.
Missed Deliveries & Redelivery
If a delivery is missed:

Customers may request redelivery by paying the original shipping fee again.

For UK orders that originally qualified for free shipping, a £4 redelivery fee will apply.
If a customer decides they no longer want the item after a missed delivery, the Buyer’s Remorse Return Policy (outlined below) will apply.
Returns – General Policy

Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs in all cases.

Items must be returned in the same condition as received.
Buyer’s Remorse Returns
If you decide you no longer want an item:

A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from the original item price.

The original shipping fee is non-refundable.
-
A 2% transaction fee will also be deducted to cover non-refundable Shopify payment processing costs.
Refunds will be issued after the returned item has been received and inspected.
Faulty Items
If an item is faulty:

No restocking fee will be applied.
-
The original shipping cost will be refunded.

The buyer is still responsible for return shipping costs.
If an item is returned as “faulty” but is found to be fully functional upon inspection, the return will be treated as a Buyer’s Remorse Return, and all applicable fees will apply.
Warranty
All items come with a 30-day warranty.
The warranty covers faults present at the time of sale.
Damage caused by improper use, misuse, or accidental damage is not covered.
